Would you like your child to participate in an international ‘Say Hello to the World’ project? You can speak to your kindergarten teacher and inform her about us, or contact us. We will try to do our best to make it happen.

First video call - Marezige (Slovenia) & Pagiriai (Lithuania)

Our little travellers from Lithuania were delighted to get to know their new friends from Merezige.
During the first video call the children got acquainted with a computer and various types of communication, which children were particularly interested in. During the call, the children introduced themselves to each other, sang songs together and learned the first English and Slovene Word – friend.

They wondered with interest where Slovenia was and what kind of children lived here. With the help of a map and a globe they investigated the geographical differences of the two countries.
They were also discovering things about themselves and got to think about how they differ from each other. They’ve realized that they had more common features than differences and made first friendship bonds.
